Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through revella.com.au. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Revella Starter Kit for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund of your starter kit purchase price.

No questions asked. You do not need to return the product to receive a refund under this guarantee.

Monthly Refill Subscription

The monthly refill subscription ($69/month) can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. To cancel:

Cancellations take effect immediately. If a refill has already been dispatched, it cannot be recalled, but you will not be charged again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the affected items or issue a full refund at your choice. Please include a photo of the issue in your email.

Change of Mind (Outside 30 Days)

Outside the 30-day satisfaction guarantee window, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. The monthly subscription can still be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Pre-Launch Orders

Founding 100 orders are placed before product dispatch (estimated Q3 2026). If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. You may also request a refund of your pre-launch order at any time before dispatch by contacting us.
